Mayor Anisul Huq was born on October 27, 1952 in the district of Kabirhat in Noakhali district. He spent some time in his childhood at Nannibari of Sonapur village under Sonagazi Amirabad union of Feni. He completed his graduation in Economics from Chittagong University.
Founder of the Mohammadi Group, he became known as a television presenter from the 1980s and 1990s. Before the 1991 elections, he presented a program in front of Sheikh Hasina and Khaleda Zia in BTV. He then served as president of BGMEA from 2005 to 2006, and in 2008, he was elected FBCCI president of the top businessmen of the business.
The beginning of his political life is 2015. This year, Anisul Haque was nominated for the Mayor's post from the Awami League in Dhaka North City Corporation elections and won. He remained the post of mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation till his death.
Anisul Huq's wife Rubana Haque They have three children. The eldest son, Naveedul Haq, obtained his higher degree in management from Bentley University of Boston, currently working as Managing Director of the Director of Mohamedi Group and Country Energy Limited.
On November 30, 2007, London's local time (4.33 pm) died in a hospital in London at 10.10 pm. At the time of his death, he was 65 years old.
